Key Finding
Target AOK regional reimbursement committees before federal G-BA filing: 38% shorter approval timeline on average.
ChatGPT hallucinates. Consultants take six weeks. NoordSight bridges both.
Generic AI invents sources. Big Four firms take three months and six figures. Both leave you guessing, or waiting, at the exact moment you need to move.
European market entry isn't a search problem or a slide-deck problem. It's a chain-of-custody problem: every claim has to be traceable, every source verifiable, every handoff clean.
NoordSight closes that gap in 24 hours.

ExploreFrequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before getting started.
How are sources cited?
Every factual claim in a NoordSight report is bound to a primary source via inline citation pills (the .cite markers you see in the HTML report). Clicking a pill reveals the dataset, the publisher (World Bank, IMF, OECD, Eurostat, UN Comtrade, WTO, ECB, BIS, UNCTAD, ILO, and 60+ more), the retrieval date, and a direct link. The workbook tabs expose the same chain of custody on each data row. If a claim cannot be traced to a primary source, it does not ship.
Is there a human in the loop?
Yes. A named NoordSight analyst reviews, edits, and signs off on every report before delivery, including their LinkedIn profile on the signature page. The AI pipeline does the discovery, structuring, and drafting work at machine speed; the analyst validates argument structure, spot-checks citations, and approves the executive summary. You get machine scale with analyst accountability.
Which AI models do you use?
We orchestrate multiple frontier models via OpenRouter: Perplexity Sonar Deep-Research and Sonar Pro for sourced discovery, Claude Sonnet for reasoning and executive synthesis, and Gemini Flash and Pro for high-volume structuring and QA. A Master Orchestrator agent routes work to the right model for each task in the pipeline, so no single model has to do everything.
What does the 24h SLA cover?
For Pulse, Explorer, and Go-to-Market reports, we commit to delivery within 24 hours of a completed intake form (Enterprise scopes run 5 days to several weeks depending on custom data partnerships). The SLA covers the full pipeline: intake, discovery, row-level research, QA and consistency validation, analyst review, and packaging of the HTML report, Google Sheets workbook, podcast, AI video, and nurture emails. Median turnaround to date is under 22 hours.
How does the 16-agent pipeline work?
A Master Orchestrator agent receives your intake and plans the engagement. Discovery agents pull from 70+ institutional sources in parallel. Row Research agents populate each workbook tab with sourced rows. A QA agent and a Consistency Validator cross-check numbers, units, and definitions across tabs. An Executive Summary agent drafts narrative. A named analyst does the final pass. Every step is logged, so the chain of custody is auditable end to end.
What data residency and GDPR compliance do you offer?
NoordSight is an EU operator. All delivery systems run in EU regions, and reports are rendered and stored inside the EU by default. We are GDPR-compliant across intake, processing, and delivery, with a Data Processing Agreement available on request. Enterprise engagements can opt into specific residency constraints (for example, keeping PII inside a named member state), SSO, and custom retention windows.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If a report materially misses its intake scope or if any cited claim cannot be substantiated, we will revise at no charge or refund in full. The named-analyst review exists so this should be rare; citation chain of custody exists so it is verifiable when you raise it. Write to your analyst directly and we will resolve it.
Do you support multiple countries in one engagement?
Yes. Explorer is pan-European by design (12-tab scan across the continent). Go-to-Market is priced per country, and you can stack countries into bundles. For 3+ markets, a Tailored engagement gives you a multi-country program with a dedicated analyst, shared context across deliverables, and consolidated board-ready output. Enterprise scopes can add custom data partnerships per region.
How is this different from a Euromonitor or Frost & Sullivan report?
Syndicated reports cover industries. We cover your specific expansion challenge. Our pipeline starts from your product, your buyer, and your competitive context, then structures the output as a tailored strategy and execution playbook with citation chain of custody on every claim. We deliver in 24 hours at a fraction of the cost of custom consulting, signed by a named analyst.
How do I get started?
Grab a free Country Pulse to see the pipeline in action, or fill in our intake form to commission an Explorer or Go-to-Market report. For Tailored or Enterprise scopes, book a discovery call and we will reply within one business day.
